Every door is measured to the opening, sprung for its own weight and balanced before the crew leaves. On new construction a dedicated quality control technician comes back to check the install, and that is the standard we hold the rest of the work to.

The torsion spring carries the door's weight. When one lets go the door stops where it is, and the fix is tension work with winding bars, not a ladder job. One customer had his replaced the same day he called.
