Commercial overhead doors

Commercial overhead doors for working buildings across Northwest Arkansas

Rolling, sectional, insulated, fire-rated and service doors from Clopay, fitted code-compliant and secure by a Springdale crew that knows downtime costs you money.

Chapter 01

Choosing a door for a building that opens it all day

A commercial door gets used in a way a residential one never does. A loading bay can cycle from the first delivery to the last, a shop door stands open all summer, and a storefront has to lock down hard at night. So the first conversation is about how the opening is used, and the door type follows from that. As a Clopay dealer, Integrity Overhead Door stocks the commercial range and can walk you through where each line earns its place.

Rolling doors, like the Clopay Architectural Series, coil horizontal steel or aluminum slats into a roll above the opening, which saves vertical space in warehouses and storage buildings. Sectional doors use hinged horizontal panels that travel up the tracks and hang under the ceiling, and they are the usual pick when you want insulation and a finished look from the street. Service doors are heavy-duty, made to the exact measurements of your opening, and ask very little of you in upkeep.

Climate and risk change the list. The Energy Series uses polystyrene insulation to take load off your heating and cooling, and the Energy Series with Intellicore® adds polyurethane insulation for tighter control of the space behind it. The Extreme Series is built for speed, power and a long cycle life with minimal maintenance. Clopay fire doors are there to keep flames from spreading and to protect people and stock, and specialty doors and accessories cover the openings that do not fit a catalog page.

Installed code-compliant, with as little downtime as the job allows

Every hour a bay door is out of service costs a business something, so the install is planned around your day instead of ours. Zac, our Commercial Estimator, looks at the opening, talks through how you use it, and helps you settle on the style and the glass before anything is ordered. Our commercial installers, Nick and Andrew, then fit the door with the attention to detail that decides whether it performs: plumb tracks, springs balanced to the door weight, and a full travel test before they leave.

The goal is a door that is code-compliant and secure on the day it is finished. The crew arrives when we said it would, works cleanly, respects your property and explains what it is doing as it goes. If the door is going into a new building, tell us who the builder is, and we will line up the install with their schedule so the opening is ready when we are.

Chapter 03

Storefront security grilles and the doors nobody sees

Retail storefronts want a door that stays out of the way by day and holds firm at night. Security grilles do that job, helping prevent unauthorized or forced entry while the display behind them stays visible to people walking past.

Our crew has hung grilles on retail storefronts around the area, and the lifting and fitting is in our project photos. Rolling counter doors and shutters are the neighboring product for service windows and concession openings, and roll-up sheet doors handle the utility openings behind the scenes, where nobody judges the look and everybody depends on the lock.

LiftMaster openers, access and the plan that keeps it running

A commercial door is only as dependable as the operator driving it. We stock and install LiftMaster® openers, and we will talk through who needs to open the door, from where, and how often, so the automation fits the people who cycle it most.

Upkeep is where most commercial doors are won or lost. Springs have a limited life cycle, cables fray, rollers wear down, and a bent track shows up on the one morning it matters. Ask about our maintenance plans when we install, and we will set up checks on every component before something stops a shift. If your building is in Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Bella Vista or Cave Springs, call (479) 238-2493 or send the details through the contact page.
